Indpaints are subject to the below mentioned terms & conditions. In proceeding with the services, you, the customer hereby accept that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, including those incorporated herein by reference, and AGREE to the same.

1. 1.All payments are to be made as per stated milestones mentioned in the payment terms. It is recommended that all payments be made by way of e-payment or cheque or cash.
2. 2.Commencement of painting work is subject to realization of payments as stated in the quotation and the site being made available free from all hindrances, for carrying out the said painting work, until completion. Timelines for completion of the painting work indicative and subject to the customer handing over the site fit to start work, free of any encumbrance. We reserve the right to stop the work if amount is not paid as per above payment terms and / or to exit the site till such time as dues are cleared by the customer.
3. 3.We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays due to: Delay by customer in handing over the site or disruption of work caused by the customer. Delay attributable to intervention of some other agency engaged by the customer to work on the site. Delay attributable to any force majeure event, or circumstances which are beyond our control.
4. 4.We reserve the right to terminate this contract and exit the site in case of unreasonable delays, changes, arbitrary demands, or misbehaviour on the part of the customer. In such case, customer shall not be entitled to any refund for products and painting work completed on site.
5. 5.Permissions: The customer is solely responsible for arranging for all permissions required for the purposes of executing the painting work at site, including but not limited to any permissions, authorizations to be taken from the housing society, or other authorities.
6. 6.Cost for Scaffolding, Water, Electricity, storage for paints and any additional cost /charges not specifically mentioned in the quotation shall be borne by the customer and charges for the same are not inclusive and do not form part of this quotation.
7. 7.Once the material is tinted, paint / shades cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back. In case a new shade is selected, the price of new shade product shall be charged additionally to the customer and invoice for the same shall be issued. Refund shall be at our sole discretion.
8. 8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Services provided hereunder shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
9. 9.This service is subject to force majeure conditions and in the event or occurrence of any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, etc., IndPaints shall not be responsible for any delays caused in executing the services, nor shall IndPaints be liable to bear any penalty as per the said offer/services.
10. 10.IndPaints will not be able to take up the work in the below cases- Structural repairs and others as identified in the site evaluation report are not carried out properly before paint application. These may include – Concrete repairs Cracks in the Column / beam/concrete slab Loose plaster Leakages through water storage tanks on terraces (any leakages through storage tanks must be identified & rectified as per standard civil practices) Water penetration due to capillary rise from the ground level, including water leakage, seeping and continuous dampness of the surface Intermittent dripping of water due to overhanging branches, terrace gardening plant pots or concealed plumbing lines Leaks or damages resulting from any additional installations on the surface coated with the system or usage on surfaces that already has pre-installed elements that is not consistent with the recommended application Leaks or damages resulting from Acts of God including but not limited to lightning, flood, wind, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, hail or other violent storm or casualty or impact of stated or unstated objects.
